Both were the case for Taylor Rice and Ryan Hahn, the guitarist/vocalists for Los Angeles indie rock band Local Natives, who are rolling with laughter recalling that story before they head onstage during a recent stop in Brooklyn. Nerves

So over this winter break I have been going to physical therapy again for my arm. Over the semester i had been experiencing pain but it developed a little more in to my neck and shoulders. I experience numbness is my hands and elbows as well. So I went to physical therapy and it turn out my issues come from nerve and spinal issues. I didn’t even think this was a problem but i slowly discovered that this is the root of all my pain…..well poop
